- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst great southern bank in Springfield or Ozark. The manager is awful and the staff displays the same attitude due to their lead ship I guess. I try to never go to the main branch on battlefield but since I live so close I have to sometimes. Every single time I am blown away how awful the service is, and swear I'm taking my money out and going to another bank. But then I go to another great southern and the people are awesome. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad bad bad They charge 900$ from my friends account I know him for 3 years He is honest guy .they called him on February 17 2017 and told him that the gave him 900$ to much when he was at the bank on number 30 or 31 of January! It doesn't make any sense at all !,.
