  Out of the three houses my wife and I have bought, Andrew is hands down the best loan officer we have had. He walked us through all of the different loan options we had and explained the pros and cons of each. He was always quick to respond to our calls no matter the time. Once I called late in the day, and he returned my call on his drive home from work. When I made an offer on a house outside normal business hours he always answered the call. He was very helpful in calculating the approximate cost for a monthly payment. I requested he calculate approximate payments for many different homes. Even when I felt I had asked too many times, he would still provide me with the information as if it was only the first time I requested it. Andrew is the only person who ran our credit for the loan, and then also inserted our information into a simulator to recommend different ways to improve our credit score for a better rate. I was confident he was out to get me the best rate possible. Andrew and his colleges are very hard working and will go beyond what other lenders would do for you. Andrew pushed our loan through in order to make closing in time. What normally would take eight or nine hours, Andrew and his team pulled off in four. Even our realtor told us not many lenders would do what Andrew did for us. Without doubt Andrew Semple is the man you want advising, writing, and pushing your loan through the process.
