- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been with BoA for a year now and this branch on sunshine is closest to me but is the worst by far. I actually can't believe they are ok with running a business like this. The never have tellers on and always let lines back up to the door, which is where I am standing this very minutes writing this review. They have bankers in their offices and a lady walking around all of which seem to be actively choosing to talk to each other instead of help the customers. This is the worst customer service and running of a business I have ever seen.By Vinny Losh, January 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On call #9 to this branch and still have not talked to anyone. I've never called a bank and NOT got an answer on the other end. That's crazy to me.
