- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I switched to this bank because I thought it would be better than who I was banking with at the time. I've been banking with them for over 6 months now and have hated it they are constantly charging extra fees and I am constantly having to call them to fix the situation. The worst issue I've had with them is my card being declined somewhere for no reason. I absolutely hate having to deal with these situations, I would not recommend this bank to anyone.By Tannis Staas, March 16, 2017
