  Had 3.00 in my account got a 36.00 item paid fee because their system was not reading my account right. I went in with online banking documents and they said well it doesn't match our system. That is your system as well online banking. Everything had posted to my account and I had proof that it shouldn't have charged me 36.00 fee for going to sonic for 1.00 drink. They also charged me an overdraft fee for just overdrawing my account by .30 cents. This was our first overdraft. No one notified us of the overdraft. Closing my account with them and I have only been a customer for 3 months. Refused to give me a goodwill credit since they failed to notify me and I was willing to pay the one for .30 overdraft but not the one where I had money in the account. Will take my money to my other bank that if their system is messed up on their side but I can show my online banking shows I was correct that they will work with us. Treating customers like this will only lead people to leave your bank.

  I have banked there many years and never had a problem other than the fact that they don't list their phone number, and you have to go through their horrible 800 number automated system to try and talk to them.
