  I have a 30 minute lunch and went in at shortly after 1pm. There were approx 25 people waiting and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was greeted with a friendly smile from both people who took care of me. Very Helpful and fast service!!!

  This is my second visit within the same week. Visit number one, on a Wednesday had a wait of almost an hour. Because I was picking up a temporary handicap plaque I was required to have the person present or a formed signed by him. I waited in line for almost an hour to find this out and be given the form. Note, I did have the correct form signed by the doctor, but not one signed by the handicapped person. Second visit on a Saturday morning. There are TWO employees. There were over 25 people ahead of me. I have been literally waiting for over an hour and there are now six people ahead of me. Very understaffed. No wonder why people hate going to the DMV. Absolutely horrible service.

  Let me just start with some of these individuals need professional training in how to deal with the public. And secondly they of course need to communicate better. No one has any idea of what the other is doing. I go in today to get a duplicate id since I never received the first one. So i grab my number and realized it would be about 45 min. So I ask the lady a question, about a shorter line for someone who has went through the process already. This lady was super rude, like her husband told her no over sex, rude. So I called the Jeff city license office and they told me to come down and ask for a duplicate at no cost since it had been longer than 25 days. I asked her what was the point if the temp printout they give us to use while we wait for our Id to come in the mail. Temp is to show we did it what me needed for new id right? How's a piece of mail gonna tell you I've paid for this and never got it, and the temp printout you gave me is not good enough? I will never go to that office again. And if the topic ever comes up in life again about that place I will definitely voice my opinions of what a worthless waste of space and unprofessional this lady was. It's bad enough to waste our time on accident but to do it on purpose. Well let's just say there is a special place in hell for her.
