  This was probably the most uneasy I have ever felt after getting my taxes prepared. I am not fully confident that they were even done accurately. The tax preparer lacked the knowledge and expertise and continued to vocally express her uneasiness by saying "I have never seen this before." I was very disappointed when a question came up that could have easily been handled by a Google search in which the tax preparer did not know how to open Internet Explorer. I then had to show her how to open a new tab in the browser bar. I was charged triple the amount I have ever been charged in years past. There was a mistake made in which I would have owed the state over $500...when I questioned this she had to bring someone else over and it was fixed causing me to owe nothing (good thing I double checked). My taxes have always been relatively easy but turned into an hour and a half ordeal that could have turned into a huge mess had I not questioned the mistakes. I will never go back to this location ever again and advise friends not to either.
