- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The workers here behave like they're in/from the ghetto. One was playing around with a female assoc trying to come in for her shift, and locked her out (and me inside). Granted he stood by the door the whole time he was screwing around- it still made me uncomfortable that this 6'3 black man was blocking the door. He wasn't in a uniform either. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been to a lot of the gas stations. I consider Kum n Go as the standard 4 gas stations in the Springfield area as far as appearance and that away a gas station should look. I just happen to be going to the sale there because I was on my way out of town and I was close to empty so I decided to pull into there. I noticed right away it looked like something out of bad area of Kansas City or something. The first thing you noticed is plastered signs handwritten notifications such as no one when I went to the bathroom" no merchandise inside, you need to buy something" I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that. Gun on the front door when you enter there's another sign that says a police report won't do as a form of identification. I know people might think I'm making this up but believe me I'm not. You really need to go buy this place and check it out just to see it for yourself. And the person behind the checkout counter was far from friendly. There were no smiles no hellos or anything. When I went out to go pump my gas. The last thing I saw look like a homeless man sweeping the parking lot with a broom and something to sweep it in. He had no tag showing that he worked there or uniform. To me this is just totally unprofessional. And it's just like I can say it. Ghetto! I really feel sorry for all the Shell card holders.
