The Little Sac River has gets its start on the north side of Springfield, Mo. flows through Stockton Lake, joins the Osage River, through Truman Lake, lake of the Ozark to the Missouri River, Mississippi River to the Gulf of Mexico. The water from the plant is reused several time for drinking water on its way to the Gulf of Mexico. The plant was awarded the NACWA Gold Peak Performance Award (which is awarded for 0 violations) for years 2000 - 2014.By Charles Parrott, March 08, 2017
