  I've been a customer with Commerce Bank for 10 years and never had an issue! This location in particular is close to home so i come here sometimes to conduct business. Very helpful people here!

  The worst customer service I have experienced at a commerce bank. If you are planning on exchanging currency there think twice. Their exchange fees are horrific. The tellers that I had to deal with were very uneducated in the subject. Most replies to my questions were "that's what the computer says". Good answer.

  Just needed a signed piece of paperwork. "Sorry, I can't handle that yet". This is what a loan officer said. So we will continue to wait until someone will help. It's 11:05 on a Saturday, so I imagine we won't be helped today. This lobby is FULL of customers. I've seen one teller and one loan officer so far.

  My wife and I have used this bank for more than 12 years. They are very helpful. They also have a great website that I use a few times a week. From it I pay bills, transfer money to other banks and check on our account. Great!
